I’m a self-aware person who is able to manage my environment. I’m a control freak, but I don’t think it’s because I’m not self-aware that I can’t. I think the way I take the environment into account is because I’m trying to change my environment.

I think when it comes to working in a corporate environment, the way your boss is set up affects the way you work. They set the environment to be a place where your boss will allow you to operate under the rules that they want you to operate under. In a place like this, you have to be able to operate under the rules that your boss will allow you to operate under. I can’t think of any other way to make it easier for you to do your job.
