The process of adaptability, or change. We change our habits and routines to fit our environment.
When you’re not doing it, it’s called inertia. When you’re busy adapting to your environment, it’s called reflexology. When you’re the top dog of the organization you need to have adaptability and reflexology in your toolbox.
Adaptability and reflexology are both great ways for companies to change. The reason I bring them up is that I think of reflexology as more of a process than an intervention. In other words, by reflexively changing your own habits, routines, and reactions, you are literally changing the way you think and act. I liken it to changing from a car to a helicopter, or from a bicycle to a jet or an airplane.
Reflexology is a process. The changes that you experience as a result of reflexology are more subtle and often more profound than what you were used to. For example, my reflexology treatments sometimes affect the way I think, feel, and smell, and in many instances I also feel different. Reflexology doesn’t always change your behavior, although changes can occur.

When you use the reflexology technique of focusing on the meridian of the spine, for example, the change takes place in your whole body and mind. When you focus on your heart’s center, you can affect your heart’s activity in the way it affects your life. The reflexology techniques are used to increase the flexibility and balance of the organs and bones in the body. You may also feel different emotions.
We’ve seen many studies that have shown that reflexology can decrease our stress levels, calm our emotions, and improve our overall ability to cope with life’s inevitable stresses. And it can do all of this through the use of a simple technique: The meridian of the spine.
