If you’re going to a new restaurant, you don’t just walk in and order whatever they have. You make the decision to go there. For the same reason, you don’t just go to a new car dealership and order whatever your new car has. You make the decision to go there.

In the retail environment, that means going to a new car dealership and buying a car that someone else just let you choose from. If youre buying a new home, then you’ll probably go to the realtor, a real estate agent, and actually make a decision about the house that way. It’s a matter of habit when you go out to look at houses.
