As a result of our work environment, or hostile work environment, my wife is having issues with her boss. She’s been in this position for a while now and she’s having trouble dealing with the constant harassment, even though it was never her intent. When someone repeatedly makes unkind comments about her appearance and behavior, and the boss is so dismissive, she just…can’t deal with it.

She’s actually trying to get a divorce, but the abusive boss has a pretty strong sense of entitlement and doesn’t seem to care what she has to say. In the meantime, this abusive employee wants her gone as revenge for something else, and it’s not even her fault. He has been making a habit of this kind of behavior, and he’s not about to sit back and take it.

Thats the part that makes me sad, because I think this abusive attorney should get fired, but its not her fault, so I don’t know what to do. I could either try to talk to him about what he did, or I could try to make a complaint about his behavior. I think the only thing I can do is to complain about it, because that is how I got here. I think he needs to be fired, but if I could get him fired, I would.

As a lawyer, I believe that this kind of behavior is not acceptable. There are only a small percentage of attorneys that are not abusive or do not behave in these ways, so I am sure the rest are aware that these behaviors are not acceptable, so I am sure they are taking this very seriously.

Most of the complaints I receive about my job are from people who are so desperate for some kind of compensation that they take the job to get compensated. The most common complaint I receive is that I am too easy on my clients (or that I am too difficult). I don’t know if they have any idea what I do for a living, but my own experience has made me question whether working with the public is actually a job.

I can only speak for myself, but the term “public service” has always felt a bit too wide of a term for what I do. So I am here to tell you that if you do not have the skills to do my job, then I am not going to be fair and honest with you. If you want to be an attorney, then you need to work harder and be more competitive.

Of course the problem then is that you don’t have much competition. I work with a very small group of people who have very little in common with me. This is why I’m always so pissed off when I see a potential client in my office. I feel like I’m the only damn one who knows I’m being audited.

The bad news is that your work situation could have a lot to do with your attitude and your work ethic. Attitude is probably the most important thing you can control. If your attitude is negative, then your attitude will likely be the cause of your work environment. Work environment can either be good or bad. Bad work environments can lead to a bad attitude. Good work environments can lead to a good attitude.

Attitude is a very real thing. I don’t know how many people have had the opportunity of working in a place that was just terrible, and then come out of the experience not feeling positive about their work. If you’ve ever been in a place where you were just working and it was a bad place to be, you’ve seen how that can influence your attitude.

In the workplace, attitudes aren’t always going to be positive. As I mentioned before, you don’t always have the right set of experiences to be a good employee. Sometimes you have to fight your way through, sometimes you have to fight your way out. I know, Ive been there. But it can be very hard to do, and the good news is that you can take the edge off. The bad news is that sometimes people just aren’t comfortable with you.
