In this post I’m showing you my environment diagrams and how I can use them to better understand the relationships that make up my home. I hope you find my diagrams useful in your home.
I don’t want to use a term that suggests I’m some sort of environmentalist. I am not. But I do want to emphasize that my home is a place of comfort, so I try to create spaces of comfort.
But as I showed you in my previous posts on elements and functions, the spaces of comfort are not just the rooms that a home is meant to be used in. The spaces of comfort also include the rooms that serve as a “center” for the house, which may include a kitchen, dining room, or a living room.
To be honest, I didn’t really get the benefit of this diagram until I started to think about my own home. What I like about it is that it is not just a diagram that lists the rooms. It is a diagram that helps me build my own house. I just want to make sure I’m not just listing rooms and then leaving a blank space at the end.
The benefit of this diagram is that it allows you to figure out where your bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets are. It also allows you to create a plan for your house, making sure you keep all of the rooms in order. I use it all the time and have to admit that I sometimes forget to do it. Its a very handy tool when you are trying to figure out your house.
As a last resort, I use it to make sure I keep the house organized. I know that I sometimes forget to do that too. (My wife does too.
I use it all the time to make sure my house is neat and tidy. It’s not a very good tool though, because it doesn’t give you anything beyond a visual representation of where things are. It’s usually best to make sure that you have a good place to put things in, and nothing goes to waste.
I was at the office this morning and I came across a diagram that showed the layout of my house. This was after I took my own diagram and ran it through a drawing software. I was very surprised to see that the layout is very similar to my own. My house is a little more open, with lots of extra rooms that I didn’t draw and a lot of areas that I hadn’t thought about in my diagram.
