RF effective

Is RF effective for slimming?

The radio frequency treatments would be the only thing that would make you lose weight, except they don’t work in any reliable or predictable way! Also, it’s difficult to know what factors are responsible for fat loss when using RF treatments because so many variables are involved. Firstly, the RF device has to be set up according to a different protocol for each specific treatment device. Secondly, patient compliance will vary as one person can be affected by their treatment as much as another person is not affected by it, even though they’ve had the same treatment. Then, of course, there is the issue of how many calories and fat calories are consumed daily. And then there’s the issue of exercise! So, as you can see, it’s a pretty complicated equation that you cannot predict when working with RF treatments.

Does RF work?

Yes, the radio frequency treatments really would be the only thing that would make you lose, weight-except they don’t work in any reliable or predictable way at all!. It’s difficult to know what factors are responsible for fat loss when using RF treatments because so many variables are involved. Firstly, the RF device has to be set up according to a different protocol for each specific cavitation machine. Secondly, patient compliance will vary as one person can be affected by their treatment as much as another person is not affected by it, even though they’ve had the same treatment. Then, of course, there is the issue of how many calories and fat calories are consumed daily.

Does RF work for everyone?

As I mentioned earlier, there is no one-size-fits-all protocol for radiofrequency treatments because there are so many factors involved that affect the effectiveness of a given treatment, such as how much food the patient has consumed and how many calories they’ve burnt through exercise, those things you can’t know in advance.

As for people who want to lose weight, it’s extremely difficult to predict exactly how much weight will be lost when using RF because everyone responds differently to their treatment.

How long are treatments?

The treatment sessions can last as little as just a few minutes or as many as 15-30 minutes, depending on the device used and the patient’s answers to my questions. It all depends on how much fat has been deposited in different body areas and what the patient wants to treat.

What other things will I need to do if I have an RF treatment?

Firstly, get someone else to check your body fat percentage. As I said earlier, it’s very difficult to predict the exact fat loss you’ll experience with RF because everyone responds differently to the treatment. Secondly, after your procedure, you’ll need to eat a balanced diet that includes enough calories to fuel your body and keep you at an even weight so that you don’t get fat again. Your nutritionist can help you determine how many calories and which foods to include in your diet.

How many times can I have an RF treatment?

The frequency of radiofrequency treatments depends on the patient and the area being treated. You’ll have to ensure that any areas you want to be treated are “uninfected” before I continue because the treatment’s effect on the area is different if there’s already an infection. I always recommend that the patient have one treatment first to ensure that the RF works well so that I can continue treating other areas. After your first session, you can have further treatments at your own pace and convenience.

How long does the RF treatment take?

Radiofrequency treatments don’t have to be time consuming because the treatment takes place in a matter of minutes. I generally allow about 10-20 minutes for the patients to rest, so it’s not a process that takes up too much of your time. However, if you have a lot of fat deposits to lose, more treatments can be required, which will take longer for you and require more of my time and patience!

How many RF sessions do I need?

Several sessions will depend on how much fat needs to be treated and how long the fat was stored there in the first place. In other words, it will depend on the amount of time you have been overweight and your body weight right now. Generally, I would recommend having at least three sessions. Please note that the number of sessions required may vary depending on how fast you’re losing weight.
